Jeffrey Haggquist, DO

Medical Director

Dr. Haggquist is a trained physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with a focus in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. His hands-on approach, including manual manipulation, is a hallmark of osteopathic medical treatment.

Dr. Haggquist completed his residency training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, his osteopathic internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and his medical education at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.   

Dr. Haggquist has studied with Aaron Mattes for more than 20 years, is a national specialist in the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), and conducts educational workshops and seminars on flexibility, strength, and neuromuscular re-education.

 

Chris McIlvaine, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Physical Therapist, Education Director

Chris is a native of Alexandria, VA attending Bishop Ireton High School. He then attended The University of South Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Following his undergraduate degree, Chris attended physical therapy school at Touro College in Bay Shore, NY. He was the Valedictorian of his physical therapy class and recipient of Touro College’s Highest Achievement in Clinical Excellence Award.

Chris has a special interest in sports and golf rehabilitation but enjoys treating patients of all ages with different Orthopedic, Musculoskeletal, and Neuromuscular conditions. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 1 practitioner. He uses functional movement patterns to assess and create a strategic plan to address the mobility or stability problems that are negatively impacting the body as a whole.

Krystol Hines, DPT, Cert. DN, CSCS

Physical Therapist, Chief Therapist

Krystol is a licensed Physical Therapist who grew up in the midwest. She attended Purdue University where she double majored in Movement & Sport Sciences and Psychology. Following her undergraduate degree, she attended Emory University where she  graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. 

After graduation, Krystol worked in a variety of therapeutic settings utilizing orthopedic and ergonomic skills in clinical and leadership roles. She is currently certified in Dry Needling (Cert. DN), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Her focus on functional movements and interest in an active lifestyle led her to earn her Crossfit Level 1 certificate as well. Krystol employs a manual treatment approach that integrates an individual’s functional needs with minimal to no dysfunction in the absence of pain. 


 

Kevin Kenny

ACSM-CPT, AIS Therapist

Kevin is a staff AIS therapist and certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He integrates training programs with the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening emphasizing core strength, soft tissue trigger and tender point therapy, and overall flexibility. Prior to his professional interest in fitness and rehabilitation, he was Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst for a major national publishing company.

Andrea Morales

LMT, AIS Therapist, CMLDT

A graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Phoenix, Andi has Board Certification for massage therapy, National Sports Massage Certification and extensive training in Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Strengthening.  A busy mother of three, Andi believes that training and intuition are both key to successful therapeutic massage. She brings a gentle demeanor and a heart centered approach to her profession. She is currently working on her Personal Training and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Certification.

 
 
 

Brittney Williams, MHA

Practice Administrator

Brittney is a human-centered leader with over ten years of healthcare experience. She is passionate about supporting rehabilitation providers and committed to maintaining quality care. Brittney received her Bachelors in Health Sciences from Howard University and earned a Master’s in Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. With a thorough understanding of healthcare operations, Brittney played an integral role in expanding access to COVID-19 Testing.

This California native enjoys working out, exploring new restaurants, and live entertainment.

Jacob Parsky

Assistant to the Medical Director

Jacob Parsky holds a BA in music from Macalester College, where he graduated Cum Laude. He recently completed a pre-medical post-baccalaureate program at the University of Maryland, College Park where he also studied biophysics. He will be applying to medical school in the next year and is working to become a physician.

In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing piano and guitar, reading, and running games of Dungeons and Dragons with friends.

 

Arianna Haymon

Patient Relations Coordinator

Arianna assists with administrative and front desk duties here at QuistMD. In 2021, she graduated from Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Arianna spends her free time roller-skating or watching Marvel movies with friends. Moving forward, she hopes to attend graduate school with a concentration in Public Health and Health Equity.

Connor Howse

Lead Patient Relations and Billing Coordinator

Connor provides front desk administrative support at the clinic and aspires to become a physical therapist. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree from Ursinus College. He played soccer there and is an avid fan of the sport.
